The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series (SKU: V1E337MBL) is an adjustable shower door hinge designed for tempered glass shower doors. Adjustment to the desired closing angle (up to 90°) is performed after the door is hung—simply loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the required position, then retighten to self-center the door. The door can swing 90° inward and 90° outward from the factory set position; reducing the swing in one direction occurs when the hinge is adjusted toward that direction. For outward-swinging doors (clear door jambs), the hinge can be set to close 5° into the shower for a snug jamb fit.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side and an 85° side. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side activated. Pre-set models are configured with the 85° side for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to switch sides (do not flip upside down).

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations—specify the angle needed (up to 45°) when standard adjustment doesn’t achieve the desired closure.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
