The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series builds on the popular Vienna Hinge with field adjustment after the door is hung. Loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the desired closed position (up to 90°), then tighten the Allen screws— the hinge self-centers to that position. Door swing: 90° inward and 90° outward (adjusting from factory position reduces swing in that direction). For outward-pulling doors (clear door jambs), the hinge can be adjusted to close 5° inside the shower for a snug fit against the jamb.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with 90° activated; pre-set models ship with 85° (5° tighter closure into shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations. Specify the required angle (up to 45°) when the standard 5° option is insufficient.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
