The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series enhances the popular Vienna Hinge with post-installation angle adjustment. After hanging the door, loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the desired closed position (up to 90°), then tighten the screws — the hinge self-centers to the set position. The door can swing 90° inward and 90° outward (adjusting from the factory-set position reduces the 90° swing in that direction). For outward-swinging doors on a clear jamb, you can preset the hinge to close 5° inside the shower for a snug jamb seal.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° and the opposite marked 85°. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models use the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins can be specified for off-angle installations (up to 45°) when standard adjustment does not achieve the desired closure angle.

Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered glass, the hinge supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered glass, the hinge supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
